MARJORIE RWe put more gas in than needed before returning the truck.. my suggestion is to keep the tanks on full, so each customer can easily just replace what they used by filling it back up.
DEANNE JThe worst experience I’ve EVER had!! I dropped the truck off. The lady wanted to charge me $30 for fuel I had already put fuel in the truck. So I went to a nearby gas station put $3.92 in the tank to make it slightly above the 1/4 tank I had when picking up the truck. Returned the truck and the lady was rude because I ask for a receipt! We ask her to use the trash can to put 2 bottles of water and a cup in because we cleaned the truck before returning it. She said go outside and use the dumpster. Then when I told her she was being rude SHE started demanding we leave. I said no problem give me my receipt first please. She called the police. I waited in my daughter’s car until they arrived . Got my receipt and her name which she refused to give me until the police ask her for it. Trust me I’ll NEVER do business with this company again!
