The truck was brand new! But where is the cruise control? Where was the backup camera? Great job making these trucks easy to use. Mom and Pop location always professional and polite.

I made a reservation on line for one location, but Uhaul called me to let me know I had to change locations. GLAD this happened instead of me going to a location without the reserved equipment. Once I was on the website at the location, I had issues navigating the site. The location I went to pick up my equipment is EXCELLENT ! They know what they are doing with the computer and paperwork. Very pleasant to deal with. The physical location to access the rental equipment is very well laid out. I have a 4 door Dually pickup with an 8 foot bed and I have NO issues. Love this location and recommend it.
