The location did not provide any assistance with connecting trailer. The location did not have any furniture pads to meet the reservation I made for one dozen. I did not request this location in my original reservation. I went to another location to rent pads for my move and they did not have any for rent, so I was force to purchase one dozen pads. As a retired miltary person with 31 years of service and a many times repeat customer, this experience is the flat out worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. Flat out disappointed in care and coordination, especially when navigating the app has become fraught with land mines as a customer has to step through upsales that already have quantities in boxes, to not have furniture pads at a location, let alone two is absurd.
DAVID GDirty windshield. Empty fuel tank, 10 miles left on tank. Driver's side reverse light burned out. Requested furniture pads and none were left in truck for me. To improve, make sure these shortfalls don't happen again.
