Ms. Shandrea's UHaul Store was chosen because of location, friendly, hours and physical staff on site. I advise on 9/02/2025 on pickup day that the miles showed 104129 and gas setting was around 1/4 by text. Also, informed Ms. Shandrea on 9/04/2025 Returning the truck, that receipt was Not my name reflecting on my driver license or card used for this Contract and to send me correct receipt to make sure the transactions are Not rejected by Card Issuer for Fraud. My suggestions: For those locations with physical people at site, to be able to assist those without Smartphone. A site phone used to upload the pictures for Pickup/Drop Off of rentals. A real Face to Face Customer Service site experience. Make sure the information on contract is verified with the customer is Correct before submitting for payment. Make sure the display on the vehicle is clear and visible to read or view the mileages and gas level properly. I would only refer those with SMARTPHONE.

Aureagus HThe person working was very helpful. The only discrepancy I have is the lack of information about how to enter the location. It’s in a multipurpose building & there’s not much information about where the office is. A heads up that mobile pickup would be best when booking would make things easier. If you don’t have a car, it’s not really convenient to get to but if you prepay & use mobile booking, it’s pretty good.
