We reserved a 15 ft uhaul. Our reservation was moved to another location. Upon arriving at the new location, there was no one on site to support. When we finally got ahold of the contact, we were told there was no uhaul available for us. She had a 10ft truck on site, and we were forced to take that vehicle. It was too small for our move and caused us to have to make multiple trips. Poor customer service, poor reliability, poor inventory.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI wasn't made aware that this pick up location was a mobile unit. Prior to this rental I had never heard of a mobile unit. I made reservations for 8am pick up only to find out anhour earlier that they opened at 9am. I constantly called the employee and did not receive a return call until I had contacted corporate who I can only assume reached out to the employee who finally called me back. She was not pleasant to work with at all. This was the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had.
Ebony BTook well over an hour to get the U-Haul. When I called the 800 number to book, I wasn’t made aware it was a mobile location. Once I got there, mobile check-in wasn’t available. It took an hour of speaking to the local owner, and the rep over the phone (who wasn’t able to rectify the issue), before I was able to register/upload my driving info online. The cargo van was dirty when I received it, and I was charged a $25 cleaning fee automatically (without visual inspection)…I wouldn’t recommend!!
