Took well over an hour to get the U-Haul. When I called the 800 number to book, I wasn’t made aware it was a mobile location. Once I got there, mobile check-in wasn’t available. It took an hour of speaking to the local owner, and the rep over the phone (who wasn’t able to rectify the issue), before I was able to register/upload my driving info online. The cargo van was dirty when I received it, and I was charged a $25 cleaning fee automatically (without visual inspection)…I wouldn’t recommend!!

Bridget MThere was no one there for the drop-off. I left the keys in the truck and left it there at the facility. I dropped it off at the time I was suppose to but I was charged for extra days.
James BIt would be nice if this location could provide some signage or guidance to where to go when checking in or picking up or dropping off a rental. The owner/operator of the location was waiting inside a parked vehicle in the lot, so I had to approach one of the cars to inquire to see if the attendant was the person in the vehicle.
