People were excellent. System was terrible. Given wrong time to pick up. Got too late. So scheduled for another day..left ..then just by chance found out oh no already the one van already scheduled. Attendants were polite and did their best with a broken support system.

You overcharged me for mileage by 10 miles. I took a picture and my mileage started at 117834 and you charged me for it starting at 117824. I even filled it way fuller with gas than it started with. Not cool. Im tired of being overcharged from Uhaul.

Scott MDriving over 30 minutes to rent one is stupid when I have 3 locations within 5 miles of my home. Disappointed!
Cindy WWe went to a different place to get a car dolly and they where extremely rude. We didn't get it there due to that. We rebooked it at the Thriftway and the lady up front was very nice. I would go back if needed another to rental
