I had a reservation for 10:00 AM rental pickup but was told no one was able to help me as the person handling the counter was sick and they had to call some one else in to work. I was finally able to get my rental an hour and a half later. There should be at least one other person to fill in as back up when this type of event happens.

Mark BI got charged for two days when I was only 2 hours over 24hrs mark.. I would like to see being able to pick up trailer in afternoon if not going to use in morning. Or at least only get charged for half a day if over 24hrs bye a couple hours..
