The employee was very kind & worked to help us, but the location was not one we selected - we were rerouted here the evening before pick up. There were three other loactions much closer so I'm unsure why Uhaul moved us here. The unit was not pulled out for us. It was set back in the grass/woodline & we were attacked by bugs trying to hook it up. It had a flat tire & we were unable to use it but didn't even discover it had a flat tire due to the grass. The representative switching us over to another unit did her best, but took a little bit of time and we were late to our original appointment. The locking mechanism didn't hold well & opened when transporting items. I had to stop, reload items that fell out of the unit, and buy a padlock in order for it to stay secured. I've rented with uhaul several times & this was by far the worst experience we've had.

Charge Card info had to be input twice
TERRY CPick up and Drop off were complicated and not very clear directions on site. And the dolly I paid for was not on the truck.
Joseph HAllow pictures to be uploaded to return app. I was exhausted when I returned my rental and took pictures and deposited keys before opening the return app. It was my fault but the return app would not let me proceed without taking pictures and would not allow uploading. Otherwise my experience was excellent! Awesome location.
DAVID WThe previous renter of the vehicle failed to return the vehicle with a 1/4 tank of gas and we were forced to gas the vehicle to 1/4 tank prior to returning or we would be hit with extra charges. The vehicle was dispatched with 3/16 of a tank. We drove 17 miles and would not have needed to add fuel to return it at the level it was dispatched with. This is unacceptable!!! Fueling the vehicle to the proper level prior to the next renter is the responsibility of the center and U-HAUL, not the next renter!!!!! I demand answers!!!
