The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Equipment was clean and well maintained. I felt sorry for the staff because the computers booking system they deal with was not working properly, ether was the app. Spent 30 min trying to finalize booking and pay. They system sent me a text at 2:08 am to inspect the van before I drove it off the lot, was at home for 10 hours already. Your system needs attention but staff were amazing. Thank you David Sherwood

Everything was great
GRAHAM KI couldn’t book on line due to a lack of drivers license with photo identification, I just got my class 5 license and it will take at least three weeks to receive it, not even in customer service were able to help me! I have to make another reservation to receive personal care.
