Scheduled a mobile pick up for 8am on Sunday. Knowing they weren't open I called and texted mutiple times to confirm and was assured it was ready. It was not ready. No keys were left on site and I had to wait for the place to open to get the keys. This cost valuable time with family and put us in a really hard spot for the rest of the day. I am very disappointed and not ok. Would not receommed this location nor Uhaul to anyone.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery nice and helpful.
DAVID BVery satisfied with Trudy. She’s a gem! The only problem we had was in our reservation we had ordered blankets for hat weren’t available.
Karen SDrop off was operated through a liquor store. Staff on duty tried to assist but was not trained on U-Haul operations. I relied on U-Haul App to complete my drop off.
Michael FEasy return once I found the correct location.
