Problem with the checkout machine and no one was there that was able to hook up equipment properly for me. I was told to watch the video on the website.

Joey MNice people - easy to deal with. They will check you out quickly but YOU do the backing the trailer into place and disconnecting it. No problem....I like the people there but the woman behind the counter is not really able to disconnect the trailer..
