This has nothing to do with the pickup location, as they were extremely helpful and kind. My experience with Uhaul was absolute garbage. I booked my trailer weeks in advance and then I got a call 12 hours before I was supposed to pick up my trailer to be told they didn’t have one for me, and the closest one was 3 and half hours of driving away (and back.). When I tried to talk to customer service I was on hold for almost an hour being bounced around between people who barely let me speak before transferring me to someone else. 3 times I got transferred to someone in Ottawa, I live in Newfoundland. They can’t help me when they’re 5 provinces away. Absolute garbage. I will never use uhaul again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff there were stellar...True all stars in the face of a difficult situation. The owner of the establishment, was bullish, didnt talk nice of a waiting customer,referred to that person a "driving him nuts", told me I should had known better not to get the vehicle stuck. As I said, the three ladies working there deserve a medal and a pat on the back. I cannot speak highly enough of these angels.
