When we got the truck home and opened the back, there was throw up all over the cargo area. A lot of it. We should have checked before taking it, but we didn't. We were on a time schedule, with helpers showing up, so had no time to return it. We had to hose it out and put tarps down and hope we didn't all get sick. Someone said it was probably a homeless person who got in there after the truck was checked out, but still... not a good experience, disgusting. If it were locked up properly they couldn't have gotten in.

The van was filthy inside and out. The tire pressure was low and giving alert messages.
Rebecca KThis is the second time I rented from this location. Both times the unit was filthy. And last time the tires were very low. This time the check engine light was also on. Unnerving to be renting a unit I have to go back into the store 3 times for assistance and then have to wait several minutes before I am helped.
MICHELLE TNo one keeps up with the vehicles, and they will charge you for things that don't involve you. Picked up the vehicle from Mclendons and started driving. Put the windows down and dog hair started flying everywhere. Called to let the store know, and was told I would not be charged. 2 days later, I find a charge for a cleaning fee. Called the store and the representative was very rude and not really customer oriented. He got an attitude and told me to call the 1800 number, even though that store was the one that closed the ticket. Only saving grace was the original person I originally received the vehicle.
