Kayla LThe problem isn’t with the location or equipment, the problem is with all the hoops you have to jimp through on the app to pick up and drop off. The app didn’t say pick up truck it said pick up the furniture blankets so i had to call to figure out how to pick up.
Cathleen KThe truck wasn't ready, had to get a different smaller truck because I couldn't open the box containing the correct key. The people that rent at the location couldn't be reached. There was no place to scan the truck back in upon return.
