There was no communication letting me know this was a self pick up without any humans involved. Had to get the app last minute to check in which is already stressful. The drop off location was equally horrible. No designated spaces for uhauls.
Sayyed GTony was amazing. He was super friendly, efficient and helpful. His vans were clean and really nice. I used it for a set up I had to do and it was perfect. Definitely would rent a U-Haul from this location again. I highly recommend. Thank you Tony!
