Equipment was not located on site, they were parked on a different street on street parking in a sketchy area. Picking up was horrible as it was dark and no instructions where to find the key. Had to call customer service to get help and they had no info as well. Drop box was located behind locked fenced gated area so couldn’t return until site was open.
