The process was so quick and easy. The location is really just a gas a station and they have a little tablet that they use for the U-Haul transactions. The man running the place was very polite and I was able to get in, out, and on the road within a few minutes, which would have been even faster if I had done the reservation info online ahead of time. Drop off was just as easy and they emailed me the final receipt a couple hours later. I would definitely recommend this location for your rental truck needs.
