Was told to pickup at this location. Nobody was available. Had to go back to the original location that told us to go there. They said we have to call them without being told that. Right rear tire was 40 psi when picked up. Only drove maybe 400km one way and was charged 751miles because when I went to enter the real odometer reading it was more but wouldn’t let me enter it. Meaning someone drove it and didn’t enter the new mileage when it was returned and I had to pay for it. So what the fuck is that about. Terrible service. Fuck U-Haul
