I did not get any moving blankets as requested or the location requested. IF I use Uhaul again, I will not use the useless online booking. UHaul gets 2 stars overall and very disappointed. The location owner did all he could.
Jason WDon’t change my drop off time from 6pm to 5 pm. Someone was promised the truck at 5pm and my booking was from 10am to 6pm. The person waiting for the truck was very rude and handed me the phone to speak with the manager. The manager asked me to hurry up as the people waiting were in a hurry. There was garbage in the back of the truck and a sandwich shoved in the passenger does. Terrible representative of UHaul.

sandeep sThis location has several different businesses and no parking. No attendant showed up, had to phone UHAUL then attendant called and did check in over the phone. He told UHaul he was there but wasn’t . Was almost 30 minutes behind schedule. Truck had 1/4 tank of gas.
