Make sure the cab of the unit has been cleaned and the back swept out. When we came to pick up the rental there was garbage in it and a moving pad in the back. It appeared that someone was living in the back end. There was garbage out around the unit and a very strong smell.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe ramp of all things had to be washed by us because it was full of motor oil.
Steve PThe cargo area was dirty and they didn’t have all the equipment that I needed. Truck only had a quarter of a tank of fuel when I picked it up.
Jimmy AWorst experience I have ever had with a uhaul rental. Dealer pushed me aside to wait on a customer that came in after I did. Would not try to find my reservation by my number, etc. Will NEVER use this location again.
