It is still conveint. It was a lot of hoops to jump through for $60 dollar rental.

Troy KThe gas bar attendant had little or no knowledge of U-Haul pick up process. Had me call U-Haul support to walk me through the process to be able to pick up the trailer I reserved. Took longer than it should have.
