The only problem I had was with the brakes on thr car hauler trailer /they sporatqticly worked on and off and that was of a concern driviving up and down many hills ,but thankfully my truck backs compensated and we did not get stopped by any CVSE Offficers

Train the employees to handle U haul transactions

Adrian BThe charges were unacceptable after dropping the uhaul The mechanic or the road side guy used up all the fuel which we pumped in by pushing the gas and trying to tow the truck but still we were charged heavily like 1.85/ L. No compensation but they keep on charging you random fees. Even though i got a insurance nothing helps uhaul is here to rip you.
Kavan JThe trailer did not have 4-pin wire extension had to take one from another unit. The site did not sell adaptors to go from 4-pin to factory trailer plug on the truck. We had to go and purchase one which delayed picking up trailer till 07:45am on 29th. Otherwise the experience was good.
