TOYOKO CI returned the vehicle cleaner than when I received it. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee on my bill. If I knew I was going to be charged regardless of the received/dropped off condition, I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to do the right thing.

KEITH WWAY too expensive. To rent your truck for maybe an hour and drive it less than ten miles cost over $40. You folks are overpriced! Over $1 per mile to rent a truck????
