For a simple drop off location, this Aberdeen drop off was fine. I struggled with the app and dropped my keys in the box before taking a picture of the fuel gauge and odometer. But all I had to do was call the phone number and the guy told me not to worry. He took care of it when he picked it up. Appreciate the great service.
