Customer care is not where is should be. Education over policy and and every day procedure needs to be consistent across the board. When I had issues I was given the run around and no one, local or over the phone could help me or give me accurate information. My issues were never resolved and to top things off, I was billed for things I tried to address. I'm just unhappy with this buisness transaction and this was my first and only time using uhaul.
