Customer service was excellent. The person I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made going through the paperwork easy. He even explained that some coverage I had checked when making the reservation was not needed as that coverage was for the moving vans. When hooking up he moved the trailer out so it was easier to hook to the truck and even guided me while I backed up. By the time I stopped got out of the truck and walked to hook it up he was done with the connection process. Very impressed with customer service at the Abilene location.

Excellent customer service

Brian RMount a handle crank jackstand with a wheel behind the tongue of the trailer so when you unhook from it, you don’t have to pick it up and set it all the way on the ground.
