The police were called bc of an altercation just outside the premises of the U-Haul drop off. I witnessed the entire altercation while waiting to drop off my U-Haul, and on the phone with the owner. The owner was so kind to unlock the gate to let me in. But it’s way too remote and dangerous to just use the drop box. Again, the owner and his on site manager were awesome! The squatter outside the location made it very scary!!!

I put yes to all the questions but facility was closed and wouldn’t open until after my drop off time so I can’t truly answer the questions about. Although Andrew was very helpful when I spoke to him on the phone. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the gate code prior to my drop off so truck was parked where directed by Andrew from Sanctum
ABEL GThe gate was locked & the place was sketchy at best. When I started asking questions about what the guy was telling me about the rental, he goes “Haven’t you ever rented anything before?”
