I picked up the u-haul on Friday morning, the staff at Turnkey are amazing, kind and very helpful, however the 20ft uhaul we rented broke down a day into our journey. We sat on side of freeway for 3+ hrs had to be towed 3 hrs away to next uhaul place. Unload reload, the help from movers uhaul hired were awful, rude. We lost an entire day of travel due to faulty uhaul truck. We had a time limit to make due to work. BUT GOD is in control and even after all the misfortune, we made it to our destination. Tired and exhausted. Thank You, even after all the misfortune UHAUL will be our choice again if needed.

The Midland location messaged me an hour before I was to pick up the truck and they did not have one. I had to drive 5 hours to Abilene and back in the opposite direction to get a truck. Terrible experience but the guy in Abilene was incredible.
