We had the U-Haul from 9:30 pm ET Tuesday (2/17/26) to 1 pm ET Thursday (2/17/26) yet were charged for 48 Hours. Also on Tuesday night the truck leaked fluid all over our brand newly-paved driveway. A claim has been filed. ~ CST

CARL MTold it was only 50 bucks! Then he asked how many miles ,I said idk mabey 50..Who knows the exact amount of miles they will drive ? Dropped truck off after cleaning out back so would get no extra charges..bill was 150 dollars! With all kinds of fees at the end that nobody told me would be there .next time just say it’s 150 day to rent truck not 50!! Won’t use them again bc it’s misleading and 30 bucks for gas fee plus 11 dollars for gas and I brought it back same way I got it with a 1/4 tank..
