The truck that was assigned to me would not start after 5 hours of travel. Additionally the trucks break lights and turn signals did not work and required roadside assistance. The truck would not start was a 4 1/2 hour delay in travel time and U-Haul asked me to tow the trailer. Faulty equipment, I was supposed to get a call from a manager which did not happen for additional compensation. That has not happened. No way would I recommend U-Haul
