Steve HNothing! The survey doesn't mention customer service. I frequently utilize uhaul services & this site is new for me. The customer service upon drop off was the best I've ever had! Friendly, accomidating, respectful towards me & my kids. Also very prompt, it was in & out for us & reciept sent immediately. I will only be going to this site from now on.
