the agent was not allowed to make a reservation for me a week before my rental date. This is the first time I haven't been able to make a reservation well in advance, something I always try to do this to give the site I need to use could be sure to have the equipment I need on the day I need it. I will point out that it wasn't the agents fault the program wouldn't allow the reservation.
RICKY OLeft the truck with 1/4 tank more of fuel ($30+) than when received yet was charged an extra $4 for four extra miles with no explanation. I will consider other alternatives when renting next time.
TIMOTHY EKnew the location based on where I live. Don’t recall seeing any U-Haul signs at this location. Had to go inside and ask where to drop off the auto transport trailer. Other than that, location is easy to access.
