The guys that helped with the rental actually help and connected it, make sure everything was good, checked everything on the trailer to make sure everything was working properly very efficient and extremely nice and helpful. I recommend this place. 10 out of 10.

Nothing I always had good experiences.
Randall Bthe agent was not allowed to make a reservation for me a week before my rental date. This is the first time I haven't been able to make a reservation well in advance, something I always try to do this to give the site I need to use could be sure to have the equipment I need on the day I need it. I will point out that it wasn't the agents fault the program wouldn't allow the reservation.
RICKY OLeft the truck with 1/4 tank more of fuel ($30+) than when received yet was charged an extra $4 for four extra miles with no explanation. I will consider other alternatives when renting next time.
TIMOTHY EKnew the location based on where I live. Don’t recall seeing any U-Haul signs at this location. Had to go inside and ask where to drop off the auto transport trailer. Other than that, location is easy to access.
