Spending 20 minutes in the freezing cold digging out a frozen truck from over a foot of snow around it and on it is NOT what I would consider GOOD customer service. Now the truck was fine and ran well. And the 2 ladies and the owner on the cell phone that rented me the truck were nice and helpful. But the store didn’t have people working there that could’ve handled digging out the truck before I got there. It was a Lose Lose situation. Thankfully I rented the smallest truck because the other 2 bigger trucks on the lot were buried in even more snow and ice.

We returned at night after closing. We did not see 1 sign telling us that we were at the correct place. The only reason I knew was because there was another uhaul there. The key drop box was hard to find in the dark. It was not well lighted. It was unclear where to park the truck. I spoke to customer service before drop off and she told me there was a place with a canopy and lights to pull up and take my final photos of the truck. There was no canopy and hardly no lights at all. It felt like a dangerous place to be out of my car and taking photos in the dark, of the truck I returned. Very disappointing and I was very angry. This place needs a big uhaul sign so its apparent that you're at the correct spot for drop off and it needs more lights and a covering from the weather where you can safely take photos without wondering if someone is going to pull into this desolate area and rob you while you're trying to return a truck. I will never use this location again.
PAMELA CTruck was not clean had exhaust leak smelled very heavy of cigarettes in the cab ramp on back of truck very shakey did not offer any extras did not have dolly’s for rent did not offer any extra miles so I ended up paying 4. + for extra miles all other dealers offered extra miles extra days etc pick another dealer truck inside was also dirty not at all pleased with this experience we drove almost 150 miles wondering if we were gonna make it
