Should have taken more time to explain process to us,I didn't get an explanation on NXT step. No kind of acknowledgement ,I couldn't understand the person.

James BThere was no signage on the building letting you know it was a U-Haul place. The parking situation was not good. I wasn’t sure where to park. Never did see a key drop box. Had to go inside the store and give the keys to a worker.
