Extremely confined space for a 26' truck and tow dolly. After filling with gas, I parked it, but was asked to place the dolly on the opposite side of the bldg, then get the truck BACK to where I originally parked it. I have never had to juggle equipment around at any other U-haul vendor when turning in.
JAMES MMy reservation was canceled and was unable to be found when I went to pick up the truck. The lady did not speak good English and took a long time to re book my truck. When I finally was able to get into the truck, it broke down on me at the first red light that I can to. I was traveling across country and did not feel this truck would make the trip. I returned to the location and they instructed me to call roadside assistance. I was put off an entire day behind and then was charged for an extra day.

CURTIS DMy experience with the woman who helped me was very unprofessional and hostile. Customer service skills and communication lacked tremendously. She seemed to be very impatient with me and any questions i asked. This was my first time using U-haul and it was completely ruined.
