(1) give customers a heads up that the picking up process can take 15-30minutes. I didn’t know what to expect and going through all the required steps in the app took 15-30 minutes which made me late. (2) if you’re going to ask to have customers hitch a trailer to transport, you should provide all the information up front by email etc. to only have one worded answers to what I’m sure are FAQs is a disservice.

This was a terrible experience. The app is meant to make things easier and it was a long drawn out process for pick up and drop off. Chat help was not helpful we had to call the phone number twice for actual help just to get access to the vehicles. The vehicle was dirty from the start and not parked in the spot we were told it was so we had to get out in a snow storm and walk all the trucks to find the right one.
