I thought I was able to perform check in using mobile check in, as claimed during my reservation but upon arrival my app informed me I needed to go inside the business. The representatives were nice, but wasn’t immediately aware of my reservation. We waited about 15 minutes to perform the check in. Drop off was simple. The process change was handled, but was different than originally claimed through the app. The only other recommendation is to ensure upon reservation that the truck size is at the location selected. I selected our hometown (Austin) but then was informed I had to pick up the truck in Albert Lea, which added an additional 20 miles to my order plus having to make arrangements to get to the location.
