I ordered a ten foot then it went to 12 foot then I ened up with a 24 foot. It went from picking up at a lotion I didn't request which i needed to change to make aure it was Albert Lea.and they had us going to Manatoba. Im a very small women with a elderly lady a 24 foot was a bit of a surprise

KRISTY BEasy pick up and drop off, only bad thing was lack of selection of trailers .. all were gone and being used ,collage kids using them all up ,but overall great people to deal with on both ends .. we didn't even need the extra days I thought we'd need ..
Chad HThis was not my original pickup location. I was told the day before pickup that my location in Fairmont, MN, didn't even carry this type of truck, and the closest available would be a 2-hour round trip. Very frustrating and very inconvenient, why can I book out of Fairmont, where I live, if they don't even carry it? Now, instead of an 8-minute trip and maybe 5 miles, it was at least a 2-hour trip and over 120 miles, plus extra gas money/mileage we did not intend or plan for. As an apology, I was offered extra miles, an extra day, or $50 off my total bill. $50 wasnt even going to cover the gas to get the U-Haul and get back home, but I did take the extra day to pick it up earlier, as I couldn't just add a 2-hour trip into my original plan, and of course, the miles, as otherwise I would not have been able to make it home with the miles first allowed. When we finally did get the U-Haul, it had 20 miles of gas left, which is also very frustrating, as the contract requires us to leave it at least 1/4 of a tank, which 20 miles is nowhere near, thus causing us to have to spend more on gas than expected/needed.
