T and W Towing was fine. I had zero interaction with anyone there; my rental was all managed through the app. It's the app that gave me problems. When picking up the truck, the app would not recognize that I had allowed location GPS information for the app and I could not complete the process. I needed to contact someone at UHaul which was a 20 minute wait on hold. This was a significant inconvenience for my family expecting me to be on time for the move.

I was told no less than five (more like eight) times, "they won't charge you for the full time, if you bring it back earlier, you get charged less." This is not true. So my rental ended up being double my original quote. And then he lied about it after.
Dan GEnsure vehicle is properly cleaned and maintained between rentals including getting inside and cleaning it themselves if the vehicle is returned dirty or overheating
