The trailer was in a usable condition but wasn’t anything new. The paint on sides was peeling and it showed a lot of use. The inside was dirty and should be cleaner. And painted / updated more often. Tie down points were not in a good place. It would be a good practice to clean and rehab trailers often.
MAXWELL TI am sure if they have a desk check in on weekdays, but I was renting on a Saturday and forced to check in and out on your phone app. This is not easy for an octogenarian, very frustrating and time consuming and difficult with arthritic hands. I would highly recommend a much simpler face to faces, over the counter for some elderly individuals.
William KThe ratchets kept coming undone from my front tires and I had to keep checking them and stopping every part of our trip to Texas. Also the straps were too short.
Kraig SPoor customer service. Reserved a 26 ft. truck and had to settle for a 15 ft. Kept getting shuffled between locations. No trucks in area.
