MARTIN DMary Ellen was warm and welcoming. Mary Ellen explained to me to be sure to turn off the trailer assist, which was important. Two items with the truck, unrelated to the service personnel. One - the passenger door was a bit askew and made a lot of noise above 60 mph. A lot. Two- the truck had a governor which limited the speed to 75 mph. This was not explained in advance. In mountainous sections where passing is tricky and critical, the need to go above 75mph is important and this speed limiter puts the driver in danger.
