The owner was so very helpful, kind, and informative. He made sure everything was correct and even saved us money by getting us a better rate than what we booked originally on the app. We will only be renting U-Haul’s from here from now on!!!

MARY CIf customer reserves equipment you do not have, you should let them know before they arrive to pick up. We reserved a dolly with the truck and were informed at the time we picked up truck that this rental location did not have. It was recommended another facility but they didn’t have one either. Very inconvenient!
STEPHEN SThe truck was filthy. There was dog food, fur, cigarettes, and filth inside the cab. It also took a ridiculous amount of time to pick up the truck. This location also doesn't have any other items for sale that would improve the driving experience.

James SThe location itself was good but apparently the mileage was not marked correctly before it was sent out again and we were in a hurry to get to our destination by 445 and the app was down so I had to go inside for the rental the guy working was great and we got the last 10ft truck they had we needed the rental for 2 hours to go about 11 miles from pickup to destination then drop of furniture that was 2 miles away from U-Haul then back round trip about 11 miles all together and I was charged for 88 miles use. And I called the at the storage we got it from and he said he never had this problem before had U-Haul call me and because I forgot to take a picture of the mileage out because I was In A hurry and the app went down and I couldn’t get the truck through the app correctly I’m stock paying 116 dollars for a truck that should have only been a 33-35 dollar charge. The supervisor at U-Haul was no help basically said it was my fault. This location was fantastic with the exception of the discrepancy in the mileages. We will not be using U-Haul in the future. Horrible horrible U-Haul customer service which is sad I have used U-Haul the last 25 years for various moves with no issues, but no more. This charge will be called in as a fraudulent charg as I only authorized 33.00
PETE JThe location is horrible more when you driving a truck or trailer because the entrance is in the middle of the street, you have to go down and ring the bell for them to open the door. Then the person who was there tried to help me but he told me that he didn't know much about how to remove the trailer because it was his job.

Christina Mi waited for a few min for the guy at front desk to finish his call which made me a little late on my return and was charged for the third day so i was not happy about that! I took a little longer feeling it up on gas before i returned it which also cut into the time!
Edna RThe representative was excellent. The truck was fine, however the interior of the cab was filthy. It looked like coke had been spilled all over and wasn't cleaned. There was a picture of some family laying on the floor of the cab. The steering wheel was incredibly dirty and the vinyl covering was coming undone. Since this location isn't a U-Haul store, I really liked how fast I checked the truck out and back in. No line.

lisa fThe trailer we rented, covered 5x8, had no working lights. Since we had to go 13 hours across states, it was very frustrating. None of the staff, although very nice people, knew the lights weren't working or had any suggestions. We had our vehicle checked and it was not our vehicle's electrical problem. Not safe.
Vicki OLower the price per mile when renting U-Haul trucks 99 cent's per mile is very steep especially with the economy the way it is people don't have a lot of money in 99 cents a mile is really high for mileage fee if you can please lower that that would be excellent thank you.......

Olyvia MHad been offered a car hauler at no charge and my destination needed one. That was great. However, I did have someone to drive my car so it was not a necessity. Where the problem arose was the loading of the vehicle on the trailer. Mind you, it was three women, ages 61, 63 and 79. No help was given to load and secure the vehicle. The person at this location said he didn't know how and we should watch a video on how to do it. It is now my understanding that they (U-Haul) will not load the vehicle and secure it unless they have someone at the location that is trained and there is a fee. This is something that should have been disclosed when the offer was given. It delayed my trip and I have cuts all over my hands and was covered is dirt, oil and grease. Not happy at all!

Ross HPhone representative need to be more accurate on what the vehicle is equiped with,I was told that the box truck had anchor hooks for tie down straps when in fact it didn't.it wasn't till I reached my destination that I found out it didn't have them and I was picking up my motorcycle.i had to make frequent stops to make sure my motorcycle didn't fall over and I had to drive slow making a 5 hour round trip into a 9 hour trip .doing this wasted gas wich I payed 99cents a mile .over all I payed almost $600 in total .it was not worth that much for a small trip .caused a lot of stress.I feel that a customer should not have to pay mileage when your already paying to use the truck

Christina GI rented a storage unit from one day to the next saying I wouldn't need the storage I paid in full with the deposit also set up auto pay for months and month I asked to get that taken off and I asked if I could get at least prorated amount plus deposit back gentleman was not helpful at first customer service was very poor name a band was Brandon he told me I should be lucky that he was even willing to work with me if that also wanted something stating that I discontinued the agreement which the agreement was not even signed and also something stating I got it off the auto pay didn't have any help at all from him until I wrote a bad review then I got attention and I also threatened to take it with the better Business bureau because of how I was being treated
