Ball hitch size required needs to be made clear in the booking process. I had a ball hitch that was too big, had to purchase one from the store, paid over the regular price for it. This took the edge off what was overall a good transaction and experience.

MARIE LThe attendant messed up our drop location. However, your customer service staff was so helpfull and quickly resolved the issue.
WILBER MGates are closed and place is closed on Sunday so equipment needs to be dropped off in the approach. Need a better drop off area when business is closed so people don’t have to maneuver trailers on the edge of the highway.
