I ordered a basic $7 dollies and was told it would ve in back of the truck and when I got to my moving location there was no dollie in the truck.

Out of office had to wait for personal . Left a note starting be back in 10 minutes, was sitting out there waiting for more than 10 minutes, passed the time of pick up . Pushed our moving .
Mai HThe location was awesome. I had zero issues with the location. Of no fault of the location, we had issues with UHauls’s app. It was after hours so we tried to get a UHaul agent to help us. The agent was clueless. She didn’t know how to do anything. I was trying to add a driver but couldn’t get out of the agent chat to go back and add his screenshot. The agent had no clue how to go back into the system from the chat. It was midnight, cold, and she just didn’t know how to help us. I find that unacceptable to have a brand new person trying to help people when the app is glitching after hours. I am a U-Haul dealer myself, and we often find the app hit or miss on ease of use. It took the agent longer than necessary to call my contact person to verify.. That person happened to be my employee who handles U-Haul on a daily basis. She found the app glitching and the UHaul customer service unacceptable. It should not take 50 minutes to pick up a U-Haul that is already reserved in the app due to poor UHaul agent service and a glitchy app. Again this is no fault of the facility….this is a UHaul problem. Once we finally got the app to work and everything approved the ease of getting the keys and the truck at the location was great. U-Haul really needs to work on their app and that is from our experience as a customer and a dealer. .
