When we got the trailer back to my Dad's and got it loaded, we noticed that the front passenger side tire had a massive bulge in it. This wasn't identified by the u haul location we picked it up at. It was certainly not fit to drive on. We called u haul and they tried to have someone come out to replace it (it was later Saturday night on May 3rd) no one was available and we needed to leave at 2am Sunday morning. We weren't able to which put us really behind as we had a 6 hr drive. Sunday morning we decided to chance it. U haul called us in the at 7am like promised and they tried their best to have a tire place in Cornwall or Brockville be able to switch the tire. They weren't successful (no fault of theirs) so the closet next city was Kingston. We got there, had to wait but the on-call person showed up and was able to change it. April was amazing! Did exactly everything she promised to do and more. It's because of her kindness, responsiveness and through follow up it made a bad situation ok. We dropped off the rental, and the rental fee had been totally waived, we are very appreciative of that! Please make sure that April gets recognition for how she handled this situation.
