This lady at this location is very courteous and give an excellent service.
pierre L.very poor service. additional charges in dispute. being ghosted, no reply. I dispute these charges and never agreed to this. There is no explanation as to why the charges increased. Your rep called Steve the Regional Manager who agreed via conference call to the return of the truck to your location as transmission was faulty and that there would be no additional charges. If anything I should have mileage reimbursed as I paid for 80 miles and only used 36. In addition gas used is incorrect and you have charged me 50.88 for 26L for a truck that was undriveable, AND which should have been $1.85/lt Please reverse these additional charges to which I do not agree.
