The drop off location was closed when I arrived to return the equipment, although it is a 24h drop off location. The lockboxes provided by this location all had padlocks on them but no code was provided during self-checkout so no way to leave the keys. This meant I had to go back again the next day during business hours to drop off the key which was less than ideal

We rented a boxed in trailer and it leaks quite a bit It has nothing to do with the location we rented from , they did an excellent job but I think the equipment could be more up to par. Positive criticism :)
