I reserved a 15 feet truck and 2 dolly and they didn’t have any available at the moment. When I was about fro leave with the truck and no dollies, the employee very nicely try to help and provided me with one dolly that he was able to find.

Took a moment to figure out where on the property the office was, but once I did the staffer was very helpful and all went well.
William TI didn't get the dolly I requested and they weren't available to help me. The truck also had a check engine light on.
Madison SCustomer service was quick and courteous. The place is not only for uhaul so it is a little messy.
Maria KThis location did not have the equipment that was rented to support my move!!! They only had the truck… I had also ordered Dollie’s and such! If a site doesn’t have the equipment, it shouldn’t show up on the website as having the equipment!
