- mobile check in was not available to me when I tried. - location opened up late (past 9am), which further caused delays in my move - I dropped off the truck hours early, but it still appeared as open contract 24 hours later. This took 3 different calls to resolve, each time the customer service rep becoming ruder and ruder.
