I spent an hour at the location during business hours trying to find an employee and even Uhaul corporate couldn't get a hold of anyone there when I called. Someone finally came outside and gave me the keys, but the truck had trash in the cab.

RENATA VWhen you send me a confirmation tho a location to pickup my rental please confirm that it is there. I went the first location and after a half hour waiting I was told they did not have what I was told to pickup.
