They gave me something I did not ask for, and charged me for it. Also, this is about uhaul in general: your online checkout system is complete trash. Hot garage. Worst online experience I've ever had. I have a Florida license. It has a Virginia address. I'm military, it's what we do. It's not uncommon. The fact that I had to provide you with an alternate contact for this is absolutely absurd. Now, let's talk about the return process. Your system all but froze when I was trying to return my requirement. Either Shanelle on the other side didn't click the fucking approve button, or your IT needs overhauling, but either way it would not let me return my rental. Garbage. I have been a uhaul loyal customer for over 15 years, it has been with me though every military move but now I have to look for alternatives, starting with Penski.

Excellent customer service. Clean trucks. Very easy to show in person and rent a U-Haul.
Ahmad JDisorganized and no, if any, connection to the U-Haul site or information. Frustrating and and unusual for other locations.
MICHAELGENE SHuma was a great customer service rep!
Jon FUhaul changed my reservation site 2 times in 4 days - the final site was less convenient, tho still workable. The signage was poor at the site and, even tho the website said "self pickup" that was not true - we needed to get the keys from a live, albeit pleasant person. The check engine light was on, and i was told that it was just a sensor issue, the truck should drive fine...but "take a picture just in case". The truck did drive ok overall, tho any touch of the brake often prompted it to go immediately and abruptly into low gear, even at highway speeds. This didn't feel especially safe. The truck was clean. I was told I could just drop off the key upon return, which i did, only to Then do the QR scan and read directions that I should have first taken a picture of the odometer and gas gauge but could no longer retrieve the key to start the engine for those to work. Oops, I'll know next time, but clearer directions before would be helpful.
