I was fully expecting a human attendant to be there. Doing things through the phone app was cumbersome. I ended up having to call the person listed on the website in order to figure out next steps. Also the gas gauge was Miss marked in terms of how much gas was in the truck when I started out. I brought it back with more than I left with. But I had anxiety that I was going to be overcharged. Didn't appreciate that. If I had known that the pickup and return would be with no human there then I would have made sure to bring my phone battery pack Because by the time I dropped off my phone battery was dead and of course that is problematic with the way you structured the phone based service for pick up and drop off.

DONG YI spent an hour at the location during business hours trying to find an employee and even Uhaul corporate couldn't get a hold of anyone there when I called. Someone finally came outside and gave me the keys, but the truck had trash in the cab.
